Orchard Medical Workforce Solutions is the dedicated workforce and talent division of Orchard Medical Management, a Manchester, NH-based healthcare management company with over 20 years of experience serving independent practices, FQHCs, and multi-site groups across New England.
We started with a simple observation: healthcare organizations were losing too much time, money, and momentum to workforce challenges that should be solvable. Recruiting was reactive. HR infrastructure was underdeveloped. Practices were making hiring decisions under pressure without the systems or support to make those decisions well.

Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
John Dudley leads Orchard Medical Workforce Solutions with more than 20 years of talent acquisition experience and a decade of deep human resources expertise, most of it earned inside the non-profit healthcare sector.
Before joining Orchard Medical Management, John held key roles at Boston Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock, two of the region’s most respected healthcare systems. He also spent a decade in healthcare and high-tech staffing, giving him a rare combination of institutional healthcare knowledge and hands-on recruiting expertise.
John is known for building high-performing teams, establishing trust across organizational levels, and delivering results through collaboration and strategic influence. He approaches every client engagement the same way: understand the organization deeply, then design a workforce solution that actually fits.
